The story begins in 2000, Lorenzo Mengoni starts using Interbase O.S. and as soon as it comes out got on Firebird.
It was found buggy due to the problems in IBExpress, Lorenzo Mengoni tried to communicate with Jeff Overcash of TeamB of Borland, but he got frustrating replys.
So, in the end of 2000 summer, he decides to compile the program and base it on IBO, from that he got the name IBOConsole .
